- Know your limit.
- The Texas penal code addressing D.W.I. is § 49.04 and it specifically says "motor vehicle". Remember if you ride while intoxicated on the streets acting like a car you can get a DWI in the state of Texas. Most likely you will get PI instead.
- You are an adult - Drink Responsible.
- Have a bailout plan, some one that can come pick you up.
- If you ride Drunk on a Bike you may not kill someone but you may kill yourself.
- Wear a helmet. (see above)
